About the MedicAir Pro Mini

Some of the air we breathe indoors carries things we would rather it didn't — viruses lingering after a family cold, bacteria, mould spores from a damp corner, pet dander and the fine dust that settles on every shelf. The MedicAir Pro Mini is our compact answer to all of it: a slim, floor-standing tower that quietly cleans the air in the rooms where you spend the most time, without taking up half of one. It pairs true HEPA 14 filtration with concealed UV-C light, and it's designed to run all day in a room full of people.

HEPA 14 and UV-C, working together

HEPA 14 is a medical-grade standard of filtration. As air is drawn through the dense, pleated filter, particles as small as fractions of a micron are trapped in the fibres — which is how the Pro Mini captures up to 99.99% of viruses, bacteria and mould spores, along with pet dander and fine dust. The UV-C stage adds a second line of defence: short-wave ultraviolet light disrupts the genetic material of microbes carried on the airflow, so anything caught in the filter is far less likely to survive. Together, they do more than either could alone.

Safe to run in an occupied room

UV-C is powerful, so we keep it where it belongs — sealed inside the unit, out of sight and away from skin and eyes. The Pro Mini is ozone-free, too, which means no sharp catch at the back of the throat and nothing you need to air out afterwards. You can leave it running in a bedroom overnight, in a nursery during nap time, or in a treatment room between appointments, and simply forget it's there. With airflow of up to around 410 m³/h, it's sized to keep on top of compact rooms rather than struggle in them.

Made for the rooms you actually live in

The Pro Mini suits bedrooms, home offices, small living rooms and nurseries just as naturally as it does small consulting and treatment rooms — anywhere a compact footprint matters and clean air is worth having. It arrives with a filter already fitted, so it's ready to switch on the moment it's unboxed. UK delivery is free, and every Pro Mini is backed by a 3-year warranty, so you can buy it once and let it get on with the quiet, steady job of making your air better to breathe.

Inside the unit

Four stages between the room and your lungs.

Every PurHaven purifier moves room air through the same proven sequence — the filtration chain hospitals and laboratories rely on.

  1. 1

    Pre-filter

Catches hair, dust, pet dander and large debris — protects the HEPA from clogging too early.

  2. 2

    HEPA H13 or H14

The same medical-grade filter used in operating theatres. Captures 99.95% (H13) to 99.99% (H14) of particles down to virus size.

  3. 3

    Activated carbon

Absorbs odours, volatile organic compounds, cooking smells and cleaning-product fumes.

  4. 4

    Concealed UV-C

Ozone-free UV-C disrupts the DNA of any pathogen the HEPA captured — bacteria, viruses, mould spores. Safe in occupied rooms.
